M & K Truck Center hosts meetings and conferences throughout Indianapolis, Chicago, Detroit, and Grand Rapids as well as internationally. In January 2025 the group decided to host their two-day sales meeting at Four Winds Casino South Bend due to the proximity to the M & K businesses, newer meeting spaces and technology, and the responsiveness of the Four Winds sales staff. “Kayla Dutka has been incredible. She is by far the most responsive, flexible, and customer-oriented planner I’ve worked with over the past seven years.” Planning corporate events is one of Kayla’s favorites to coordinate. She loves seeing the look on the clients’ faces when they see the end result and being wowed on the services Four Winds provides. For the M & K Truck Center Sales Meeting, Kayla helped to create their perfect event at Four Winds Casino South Bend. Location Four Winds South Bend not only features a casino full of winning opportunities and entertainment but a luxurious hotel and customizable event space in Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center. M & K said that the accommodations at Four Winds Hotel were great, comfortable and very clean. They further said that the front desk team members were very helpful and up to speed on what the group needed. The group said that having everything on one floor at Ribbon Town and the event center being easily accessible from the hotel and casino was perfect. Technology An event can be planned down to every detail but if technology fails or is lack-luster, it can hinder the guest experience. M & K utilized all the Four Winds A/V offerings. The projections were clear, the sound was crisp, everything played perfectly on time and every time we needed something changed, they were more than ready to assist. Kelly, Josh, Chris, and Caroline made our planning team look great!” Dining Restaurants at Four Winds elevate the guest’s experience with presentation, friendly service, and delectable flavors. Reflecting on the January conference, “The displays were nicely presented. Michelle and the other bartenders were very personable, efficient and ready to assist our guests. They find ways to go above and beyond expectations.  “We brought in four semi-trucks and trailers for our employees to walk around. Originally, I asked if we could park them in the truck lot but Kayla and her team came up with two alternative solutions and got us into a covered lot with space heaters and coffee! Truly impressive – way above and beyond what we expected.” Overall Experience “Every single person – from the Kankakee Grille bartender to the casino staff to the housekeeping to the banquet staff was courteous, friendly, and welcoming. Our employees noticed and made numerous comments on how incredible and service-oriented your entire team was. We work hard to provide our customers with this experience in our stores and it’s great to do business with like-minded organizations. This is the first time in seven years that our CEO came to me during the event and already decided to book a venue again for the following year! With Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center’s proximity to the bypass and offering onsite dining, entertainment, and accommodations within the beautiful Four Winds Casino South Bend, The Midwest Dementia Summit decided it would be the perfect place to host their 2024 event.

Our wedding was everything I dreamed and thought of and more, like it was so wow!  Thank you for being a part of starting our life together.  The staff is so great.  Everyone I met, passed or encountered were happy and helpful and have great attitudes!  It was just wonderful and everyone loved it.  Almost everyone there had not been to the hotel and casino before, and they were just wowed.

The Great Lakes Tribal Economic Summit returned to Four Winds New Buffalo to host their 3rd annual summit. This two-day event allowed for over 200 tribal leaders, council members, tribal government officials, and executives from tribal enterprises in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota to learn about current economic development projects and business strategies of federally recognized tribes in the Great Lakes states. Plus, experts shared information and analysis of federal and state policy, access to capital funding opportunities, and legal issues that affect tribal economic sovereignty.

The 2024 Ignite Gala was held at Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center at Four Winds South Bend. This event brought parents, alumni, and local businesses together for a fun filled celebration.

Jamil Packaging hosted their anniversary party at Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center at Four Winds Casino South Bend. Would they book their event at Four Winds Casino South Bend again?

The space was great! We were able to accommodate almost 300 guests comfortably in the Ribbon Town Ballroom. The pre-function space worked out very well for our auction items, and it was nice to have two different bar areas for guests to be able to get their drinks. The lighting was spectacular, especially as it coordinated with the decorations. The meeting room worked well for a place for volunteers to eat and for storing materials during the night.

The 1st annual RED EVENT was held at Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center at Four Winds South Bend on April 22, 2023. Why was Hello Gorgeous! so excited about the venue’s ambiance? Because this special event was for those women that have heard, “You have cancer.” This unique event gave participants the ability to come together and restore, empower, and dazzle.

“We picked Four Winds for its casino and conference area. It’s centrally located in the Midwest for our attendees coming from Chicago, Indianapolis, Grand Rapids, and Detroit. The event center was ideal for our two-day conference. With new carpets and great lighting, the space felt upscale and had a business atmosphere. I’d also like to mention that Ken, Autumn, and Ron were so accommodating with our needs for additional tables and fixtures. They made our load-in day and tear down very easy. A huge benefit is having access to carts and dollies to move the product in. And the loading dock is close to the event space.”

D.A. Dodd held their seventh end of the year celebration at Four Winds Casino. They said “A company event can be a drag and Four Winds offers so much to do during and after the party with accommodations being so closely available. It’s a smart choice!”

As soon as you say, Yes! the planning begins. From venues, dates, food, décor, hotel, and more, the to-do list can seem endless. Allie & Nick cut the to-do list down when “we chose Four Winds Casino. It has a large space and the restaurants and casino would entertain our guests before and after the party. Also, our guests could stay at the casino, which worked out best for us since we live about an hour away. The sales team was great throughout the entire process of planning my engagement party.
