To promote responsible gambling, Four Winds Casinos is committed to the prevention of the two most common gambling problems: problem gambling and underage gambling. In addition, for the safety of our guests, we closely monitor alcohol consumption and provide alcohol sensitivity training to appropriate employees and managers and require that those guests deemed to be visibly intoxicated, be removed from the Gaming Floor in an effort to prevent gaming while judgment may be impaired.
Four Winds Casinos defines problem gambling as any gambling behavior negatively impacting the lives of individuals, resulting in serious personal, financial, or legal consequences. Problem gambling may or may not reach the level of compulsive gambling disorder, i.e. gambling addiction.

Four Winds Casinos employees are trained to recognize the signs of problem gambling and to direct our guests to the resources they made need to seek assistance.
The Pokagon Band Gaming Commission independently administers a self exclusion program for those guests who wish to exclude themselves from the Four Winds properties. Guests who voluntarily exclude themselves are prohibited from entering any Four Winds property and are subject to trespass if found violating their exclusion.
Four Winds Casinos has a strict policy against underage gambling. We make every reasonable attempt to prevent minors from loitering within the gaming areas of our New Buffalo and South Bend property Minors accompanied by an adult at either the New Buffalo or South Bend property are allowed to utilize non-gaming amenities only.
Located within Four Winds New Buffalo - Kids Quest/Cyber Quest is a supervised childcare solution that is a clean, safe and entertaining environment provided on property for a nominal hourly fee. Parents must accompany children under a certain age. Please contact Four Winds if you need further information regarding this offering.
Minors (Persons under the age of 21 years of age), are not allowed on property at Four Winds Hartford or Four Winds Dowagiac.
