Adam has over 25 years of gaming experience including Table Games, Slots, and more than 17 years in Player Development. He was a member of the Four Winds opening team. He currently resides in New Carlisle, Indiana and holds a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing from Purdue. He looks forward to assisting in making each and every guest visit more enjoyable.

Tim began his casino career in his home state of Illinois in 1994. In 2017, he joined the Four Winds Team after working as an Executive Host at an Indiana casino for the past 20 years. He resides in Burns Harbor, Indiana and enjoys spending his spare time with his family. After 26 years in the business he still finds working in the casino industry exciting and enjoys the challenges the Executive Host position offers.

Andy has nearly 19 years of gaming experience including 13 as an Executive Host from an Indiana area casino. He resides in New Carlisle with his two children and holds a Bachelors Degree in Organization Leadership and Supervision from Purdue.
Liliana has over 15 years of experience in the gaming casino industry including in Food & Beverage, Employee Relations, and Marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial science from Purdue and she is fluent in both English and Spanish. She grew up in Northwest Indiana and still resides in the area. She is naturally motivated when it comes to focusing on guests’ needs which turns into a passion as she gets the end results from providing guests the best possible gaming experience.

Bob was born and raised in Buchanan, Michigan. Prior to beginning his career with Four Winds, Bob was in the customer service field, where he has built relationships with the public through owning and managing property and business investments in the area.
