Adam has over 25 years of gaming experience including Table Games, Slots, and more than 17 years in Player Development. He was a member of the Four Winds opening team. He currently resides in New Carlisle, Indiana and holds a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing from Purdue. He looks forward to assisting in making each and every guest visit more enjoyable.

Jack Estes is delighted to be working with such a hard-working team here at Four Winds. He is looking forward to working diligently to make the guests experience a pleasurable one. Jack states that the most rewarding part of his career are the heartfelt relationships he has constructed and maintained over the last 20 years in the casino business. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his three children, attending live concerts, and a few rounds of golf here and there.

Gabe has over 7 years of Guest Service experience with almost 5 of that being in the casino industry. He grew up in Frankton, Indiana a small town about an hour outside of Indianapolis. Graduating from High School in 2014, Gabe enjoys visiting new places, chatting with friends, and playing all kinds of games.
As an experienced Executive Host, Gabe is thrilled to meet new people and bring all his knowledge to help you have an exciting, entertaining, and fun-filled time here at Four Winds.
