A point is earned for every $2 of coin-in on a slot machine and $7 of coin-in on a video poker machine. Every 100 points can be redeemed for $1 of Instant Credit/Free Slot Play.

Live poker points are earned at a rate of 150 per rated hour of play and can be used for slot play, food, or retail, similar to other earned points.  Points earned on live poker do not count towards earning Copper or Premier status.

Points are redeemable for Instant Credit/Free Slot Play or for dining credits at all Four Winds locations.  You can also redeem your points right at any slot machine with your secured PIN. Or, present your W♣ Players Club card at the hotel, Four Winds Outfitters, The Promenade Shop, Quill Boutique,  The Buffet, Timbers Fast Food & Deli, Copper Rock Steakhouse, White Birch Market, and Kankakee Grille.

Points expire after 13 months of inactivity.

If you lose your W♣ Players Club card, simply go to the W♣ booth at any Four Winds location and our Club Representatives will be happy to replace your card. Valid government issued photo ID will be required.

If you lose or forget your PIN, simply go to the W♣ booth at any Four Winds location with a valid government issued photo ID and register for another PIN. Remember to create a PIN that is easy for you to remember, but cannot be easily guessed by others.

Using Instant Credit/Free Slot Play is easy. Just insert your W♣ Players Club card into your favorite game, press the menu button on the machine and enter your PIN. (If you do not have a PIN, see the W♣ where you can create a personal, secure PIN.) Place your first wager of $1 or more and you will be refunded in Instant Credit/Free Slot Play. That’s it. You’re playing on the house. Move from machine to machine by repeating the above steps. You can’t cash out Instant Credit/Free Slot Play, but you can keep any and all winnings.
