“Four Winds makes our year end party so easy on us. This year, my only job was to show up. The sales team had everything prepared and planned perfectly.

Next on the list was food and drinks. D.A. Dodd chose the grand buffet dinner comprised of heavy hitters like fried shrimp, baked salmon, herb roasted chicken, and slow roasted prime rib. You can never forget the sweet treats of chocolate cake, caramel apple cheesecake, and carrot cake!

“Everything was all ready to go at the agreed upon dining time. Staff released tables for us to keep things moving. People raved about the food and desserts; nobody went home hungry that night.”

“I think the cocktail hour before our meal is always the highlight of everyone’s night. The dedicated bar staff and servers keep the drinks flowing and clean up all the empties. Adding the popcorn machine is also something really special.”
