Dream Event Made A Reality At Four Winds South Bend

Wedding season is in full bloom at Four Winds Casino! The Mises/Bocian Wedding held at Four Winds South Bend’s Ribbon Town Conference and Event Center had everything – a breathtaking ceremony, delectable cuisine, his and her cocktails, and memories to last a lifetime!

Reflecting on the big day and her experience at Four Winds Casino, Ashley said:

“When it came time to choose a venue for our event, we knew we wanted something that would make the experience seamless and enjoyable for everyone attending.

One of the biggest factors? Convenience. With the hotel attached to the venue, there was no need for shuttles or extra transportation. Everyone could stay, celebrate, and relax all in one place. It made logistics simple and stress-free, not just for us, but for our guests as well.

Additionally, Ribbon Town itself is stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how beautiful and well-kept everything was. But what truly sealed the deal was meeting Four Winds Casino Sales Team Member, Richelle. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel confident that we were in great hands. She made the planning process smooth and enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for her support. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.”

Wedding Cuisine & Cocktails

We kicked off the night with a cocktail hour right after the ceremony, and the bar service was fantastic throughout the evening. We also had custom his-and-her cocktails, and to make it extra special, Richelle handed me mine right after the ceremony, a thoughtful and memorable touch.

During the reception, we served steak, salmon, and mushroom couscous, all of which were a huge hit with our guests. Later in the night, we added a fun late-night option of hot dogs and fries, which everyone loved. One guest even said it was the most well-fed she’s ever felt at a wedding!

The dessert table was another highlight, featuring crème brulé, cheesecake, and our wedding cake. Everything was delicious and so well received, truly adding to the joy of the celebration.

Memories For A Lifetime

There were so many unforgettable moments, but the most memorable was definitely the ceremony. Walking down the aisle and seeing all our loved ones gathered was an overwhelming and beautiful experience.

Luxury Wedding Accommodations

The Four Winds Team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. When we pulled up, the banquet staff and hotel bellman (shoutout to Jesse! He was AMAZING) immediately jumped in to help us unload all our items. Their willingness to lend a hand made those first moments stress-free and smooth.

The front desk staff were equally incredible. We had put together goodie bags for our guests, and without hesitation, they took care of placing them in the rooms of those who had already checked in. It was one less thing for us to worry about—and our guests loved the surprise!

What really stood out, though, was how every single staff member we passed took a moment to congratulate us. That personal touch made everything feel extra special.

As for the accommodations, it was perfect. We stayed in the Hospitality Suite, which I can’t recommend highly enough. It was spacious, beautifully set up, and ideal for hosting friends and family the night before the big day. We also used it as a bridal suite, and it couldn’t have been a better space for getting ready and soaking in some sun on the patio.

Perfecting The Vision

The Four Winds Sales Team was beyond helpful in making our event a success. Richelle was amazing throughout the planning process. She was always available to meet, answer questions, and offer suggestions to ensure everything was on track.  

Kayla stepped in for the rehearsal the day before, and she did an excellent job keeping us organized and focused during practice and setup.

On the big day, Richelle truly went above and beyond. She made sure everyone had their flowers and boutonnieres, helped us stay on schedule, and kept everything running smoothly. She even brought the cards to the room and made sure I always had a drink in hand. It’s the little details that meant so much. I had no idea how everything would come together, but with Richelle’s help, it was perfect. She made my wedding vision reality, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our experience with Four Winds Casino South Bend was truly exceptional. From the planning stages with Richelle to the flawless execution on the big day, every detail was taken care of with such professionalism and care.

The venue, the staff, and the seamless coordination made for a stress-free and unforgettable event. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important day in our lives. We are beyond grateful to the Four Winds staff for making our dream event a reality.
