Buffalo Cauliflower

It’s getting hot in the kitchen with these Buffalo Cauliflower wings!

Coming from the same family as broccoli, kale, cabbage, and brussels sprouts, cauliflower is highly nutritious and versatile. Using this simple recipe, you can make an appetizer or main entrée that is not only delicious, but also low in calories and packed with nutritional value.

Ingredients

6 Oz                       Cauliflower Florets

2 Oz                       Milk (Vegan Option, Almond Milk)

2 Oz                       Cornstarch

1 Oz                       Montreal Steak Seasoning

2 Oz                       Buffalo Sauce

2 Oz                       Ranch (Vegan Option, Vegan Ranch)

Procedure

  • Steam cauliflower florets for three and a half minutes until tender. Cool cauliflower and place in milk.
  • Toss cauliflower in cornstarch and steak seasoning mix.
  • Deep fry cauliflower until florets float and are golden brown.
  • Toss in buffalo sauce.
  • Serve with ranch or favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
