Come to any Four Winds location during the earning period listed below, sign up for a FREE W♣ Players Club card, provide your valid email address and you will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a Four Winds Experience Package. The package includes an overnight hotel stay for two at Four Winds New Buffalo or Four Winds South Bend Hotel, $150 Dining Credit, $100 Instant Credit/Free Slot Play, and a $200 Cedar Spa Package.
