Responsible Gaming at Four Winds Casinos and Four Winds Online Casino

To promote responsible gambling, Four Winds Casinos is committed to the prevention of the two most common gambling problems: problem gambling and underage gambling. In addition, for the safety of our guests, we closely monitor alcohol consumption and provide alcohol sensitivity training to appropriate employees and managers and require that those guests deemed to be visibly intoxicated, be removed from the Gaming Floor in an effort to prevent gaming while judgment may be impaired.
Problem Gambling
Four Winds Casinos defines problem gambling as any gambling behavior negatively impacting the lives of individuals, resulting in serious personal, financial, or legal consequences. Problem gambling may or may not reach the level of compulsive gambling disorder, i.e. gambling addiction.
The following behaviors (or combination of behaviors) may indicate that an individual has a gambling problem:
- Extensive and/or frequent playing sessions, whether rated or not
- Remains in the gaming area without playing or after their bankroll has been exhausted
- Regular credit limit increase requests
- Excessive credit card and/or cash machine use
- Requests to borrow money from other guests and/or staff
- Significant changes in betting pattern
- Losing regard for health and/or hygiene
- Verbal or written statements indicating a gambling problem
Four Winds Casinos employees are trained to recognize the signs of problem gambling and to direct our guests to the resources they may need to seek assistance.
Problem Gambling On The Internet
The Four Winds commitment to responsible gaming extends to our internet gaming site at https://play.fourwindscasino.com/en/casino. Players can visit the Player Protection Page within their internet wagering account for more information about additional resources available to them to support responsible gaming during internet play, including setting their own limits and self-excluding from our site or state-wide internet gaming for the entire state of Michigan.

Self Exclusion
The Pokagon Band Gaming Commission independently administers a self-exclusion program for guests who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from Four Winds properties. Guests who elect to participate in the self-exclusion program are prohibited from entering Four Winds properties or online gaming accounts and may be subject to trespass enforcement if found on the premises or attempting to login.

Four Winds Online Casino
Self-exclusion from Four Winds Online Casino is administered separately from the casino property self-exclusion program. Online self-exclusion requests may be submitted directly through a player’s online account or by completing the Four Winds Online Exclusion Request Form below, regardless of whether the guest currently has a registered online gaming account.

To complete the request, guests must:
- Complete all required fields on the form.
- Provide an electronic signature.
- Upload a clear selfie while holding a valid government-issued photo ID.
Underage Gambling
Four Winds Casinos has a strict policy against underage gambling. No person under the age of twenty-one (21) will be allowed entry into any Four Winds property until further notice. In addition, no person under the age of 21 is allowed to establish an internet wagering account or to place an internet gaming wager.
