The W♣ is the ultimate player loyalty card, offering you more flexibility and more control of your earned points and complimentaries. The W♣ also has its own jackpot exclusive to W♣ members.

How do I earn points and comps?
A point is earned for every $2 of coin-in on a slot machine and $7 of coin-in on a video poker machine. Every 100 points can be redeemed for $1.

How do I use my points?
Points are redeemable for Instant Credit/Free Slot Play or comps in the restaurants, hotel, merchandise in the Four Winds Outfitters, Landau, GIII or Kids Quest® vouchers. You can also use your points right at the slot machine with your secured PIN or present your W♣ card at the hotel, Four Winds Outfitters, The Buffet, Timbers Fast Food & Deli, Copper Rock Steakhouse, Willowbrook Café and Grab 'N' Go.

Do my points expire?
Points expire after 13 months of inactivity.

What do I do if I lose my W♣ card?
If you lose your W♣ card, simply go to the W♣ and our Club Representatives will be happy to replace your card. Valid government issued photo ID will be required.

What happens if I forget my PIN?
If you lose or forget your PIN, simply go to the W♣ with a valid government issued photo ID and register for another PIN. Remember to create a PIN that is easy for you to remember, but can not be easily guessed by others.

Do you keep my Club information confidential?
All personal information is kept highly confidential. You can rest assured we do not sell or share information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

How many points does it take to reach the Copper tier?
Receive exclusive access into the Players Lounge, featuring a complimentary buffet and well-stocked cash bar. Copper tier members also receive priority first floor parking and front of line privileges at the W♣, The Buffet and Cashiers Cage. Plus, receive 20% off at Four Winds Outfitters and Kids Quest. Points are earned in one calendar year, but accounts are updated monthly.

How do I use Instant Credit/Free Slot Play?
Using Instant Credit/Free Slot Play is easy. Just insert your W♣ card into your favorite game, press the menu button on the machine and enter your PIN. (If you do not have a PIN, see the W♣ where you can create a personal, secure PIN.) Place your first wager of $1 or more and you will be refunded in Instant Credit/Free Slot Play. That’s it. You’re playing on the house. Move from machine to machine by repeating the above steps. You can’t cash out Instant Credit/Free Slot Play, but you can keep any and all winnings.

How can I find out how many points I have accumulated on my W♣ card?
You can check your current point balance at any machine.

What is the W♣ Jackpot?
The W♣ also has its own jackpots. Playing the W♣ Jackpot is simple. All you need to do is play any slot machine with your W♣ card inserted. You don’t have to win your game to be eligible. Just by playing with your W♣ card, you’re eligible to win. Our jackpot randomly picks a winner, and you don’t have to collect entries or stand in line. Each jackpot grows larger until it’s won. Each jackpot must be awarded before it reaches its “must hit by” amount. Jackpots can hit at any time, so keep your card inserted for your chance to win. The small jackpot must hit by $500. The medium jackpot must hit by $20,000. The windfall jackpot must hit by $100,000. Only W♣ Jackpots won by the card holder will be awarded.

What are the W♣ rules?

Must be 21 years of age or older to join.
Valid government issued photo ID is required for joining, reprinting cards, and resetting PINs.
Only one player per W♣ account. Only one W♣ account per player.
Points and W♣ membership are non-transferable.
W♣ cards are the property of Four Winds Casino Resort and must be returned upon request.
Proper W♣ card insertion prior to play is the player’s responsibility.
Four Winds is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced cards.
W♣ cards and points may be revoked if it is determined that the player has not accumulated points in the matter intended by this program.
W♣ accounts that have been inactive for a period of 13 months may be purged from the system and any points accumulated in such accounts will be void.
Management reserves the right to change or terminate this program without prior notice.
Employees are not eligible for W♣ membership.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we do not page guests on the gaming floor. Four Winds Casino Resort is a large gaming resort; please preplan with your party as to meeting times and locations ahead of time.

Are there non-smoking areas?
Non-smoking areas are available in the hotel lobby, designated hotel rooms, on certain table games,the poker room, and a smoke free slot room. For the enjoyment and comfort of all guests Four Winds Casino Resort has 20’ ceilings and a state of the art ventilation and air exchange system.

Do you allow cameras and cell phones on the casino floor?
Cameras and cell phones are not allowed on table games. If you are celebrating a special occasion, please visit the W♣ and we will be happy to take your picture.

What time do the bars close?
