Why does my husband/wife/friend get offers and I don’t? We always come together and play the same amount.

How do I change my contact information?
You can update your contact information on our website or you may visit the W♣ Players Club and change your information in person with a valid picture ID. If you choose to update your contact information online you will need to create an online account; once your account is activated, log into your account and click the "Stay Up-to-Date with Four Winds" button on your account page. Click the "Edit" button in the Contact Information section to update your information.

How can I find out how many points I have accumulated on my W♣ Players Club card?
You can check your point balance at any machine. You may also check your point accumulation on your W♣ Players Club account online. If you have not yet registered online, you will need to create an online account.

I no longer wish to receive mail from Four Winds Casinos, how do I get off your mail list?
Please visit the W♣ Players Club to opt out of mail.

How am I notified about offers and events at Four Winds Casinos?
Only W♣ Players Club members are eligible for mailings. If you are not a member, please go to the W♣ Players Club at the casino and join for free. If your gaming using your W♣ card play meets the criteria set for specific offers, you will then qualify for mailings from Four Winds Casinos.

Why did I used to get promotional offers from Four Winds Casinos, but now I get nothing? Do you randomly pick who gets an offer?
